Drowned cats. Last week a Fradley resident, while jogging home alongside the canal near Fradley Junction, was shocked to observe three dead, fully-grown cats floating in the water. She observed that one was black and white and one tabby, but could not identify the colour of the third animal.
The discovery was reported to the police, who have reported it to their Wildlife Officer. Anyone who has information about this incident, or who has had a cat disappear recently, should contact the police on 0300 123 4455, quoting incident number 711 (Aug 17).view website
